Since starting my Toronto-based private practice in 2002, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wonderful and wide range of clientele who have taught me so much about how to help support the body’s own ability to heal. From stress management, to the assessment and treatment of musculo-skeletal conditions, massage therapy is not only a means of rehabilitation from injury but also a form of preventative health care. My aim is to provide clients with a supportive, positive environment that encourages self-care.
In addition to training in Swedish techniques, I have also pursued further education in Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Trigger Point Release, Deep Tissue work, and the use of massage therapy for clients undergoing cancer treatment.
